Our team is led by Bob, a Penticton native who grew up playing many sports at the local level before pursuing hockey within the Canadian Junior Hockey League level and moving on to play collegiately at Minot State University. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training from Minot State University and is currently attending the University of British Columbia for his Masters of Rehabilitation Science.

 

Bob is a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT©️) of the Canadian Athletic Therapist Association (CATA), Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) of the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has been working with working with athletes from U13 all the way to Pro, as well as everyday people who are looking to improve their lifestyle by reducing pain or increasing their fitness levels! He can't wait to help you take your next step towards whatever your goal is!

The Full Story

Jamie grew up in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan where she played competitive soccer as long as she can remember. Making Team Saskatchewan from ages 12 - 16, playing premier for Lakewood and Prince Albert - going to nationals with PA and training with Western Canada-Regional Training Center (RTC) led her to get an athletic scholarship to attend and play for Minot State University in the NCAA Division II, Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference. With the Beavers, Jamie won the NSIC Conference tournament - assisting the winning goal, attended the national tournament, was named to NSIC-All Conference teams, player of the week and was captain in 2015. Jamie went on to play one professional season in Australia leading her club in scoring and winning the golden boot!

 

She graduated with degrees in Physical Education and Corporate Fitness, with a minor in Coaching. Since moving to Penticton Jamie has become a certified personal trainer, a performance enhancement specialist, a indoor spin instructor, a 200 hour certified yoga instructor and completed her Canada Soccer C-License for coaching. In fall 2023 she is excited to start her national B-License and continue to work with athletes at Thompson-Okanagan Football Club and in the Penticton area.

Heidi is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach. She brings a wealth of knowledge in both high performance training and clinical assessment. Heidi’s coaching philosophy is rooted in the concept of “quality over quantity”. She has a keen eye for movement dysfunction and has the practical tools to correct patterns within training sessions. 

 

Originally from Summerland, Heidi grew up playing a variety of sports and spending as much time outdoors as possible. She moved to Calgary in 2010 and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education from Mount Royal University. Over the last decade she has worked with professional athletes, aging seniors, and everyone in between.

 

Heidi and her family have recently moved back to the Okanagan and she is currently training to complete her second Ironman Triathlon. Whether the goal is to maximize your athletic performance or live pain-free, Heidi is up for the challenge!
