The Full Story
Bob grew up as a local Penticton athlete playing soccer, golf and hockey. He went on to pursue a junior hockey and collegiate career. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training from Minot State University, and is currently pursuing his Master of Rehabilitation Science through the University of British Columbia.
Bob is a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)) through the Canadian Athletic Therapist Association (CATA), Certified Athletic Trainer through the National Athletic Training Association (NATA), & a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
He has a strong passion for wanting to help people succeed with their health and wellness goals, whether it be improving their lifestyle or their athletic goals. He spent the past five years at the Okanagan Hockey Academy working with their athletes as an Athletic Therapist & Strength Coach, working his was up to the Assistant Manager of Athletic Therapy & Medical Services, even serving as the Acting Manager for one season.
