We offer top-tier training, rehab, and performance coaching—all led by a passionate, qualified team who walk the talk when it comes to sport, strength, and recovery.


Bob Pond – Founder & CEO

Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT©) | Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)A Penticton native and former junior & collegiate hockey player, Bob brings years of experience in athletic therapy, injury rehab, and high-performance training. Whether you're a competitive athlete or looking to improve your lifestyle, Bob is here to help you train smarter and recover better.


Jamie – Performance Coach

Former NCAA DII Soccer Captain | Certified Personal Trainer | Yoga InstructorJamie’s experience spans national soccer tournaments to professional play in Australia. She’s dedicated to movement optimization, strength training, and helping athletes of all ages perform at their peak.


Heidi – Athletic Therapist & Strength Coach

Certified Athletic Therapist | Ironman AthleteWith a sharp focus on movement mechanics and injury prevention, Heidi helps clients build a foundation of strength and mobility. Her “quality over quantity” mindset is a game-changer for sustainable progress.


Together, we’re not just coaching bodies—we’re building confidence, resilience, and community.


What We've Been Up To in 2025


So far this year, the Pond Performance team has:

  • Supported athletes across all sports—from WHL hopefuls to weekend warriors

  • Delivered custom training programs for youth and adults at every level

  • Provided in-depth injury rehab and return-to-play support

  • Represented the athletic therapy community at provincial hockey camps

  • Expanded group and individual sessions to meet growing demand


From early morning lifts to post-injury check-ins, we’re proud of the progress our clients are making—and grateful to be part of their journey.


The Rise & Thrive Challenge: Moving for Mental Health

 

This May, our founder Bob is taking things to the next level. He’s joined forces with mental health advocate Natalie MacDonald, Therapist and owner of Tide Wellness for the Rise & Thrive Challenge:

  • Bob is lifting 300,000 lbs throughout May

  • Natalie is cycling 3,000 km (100km/ day for 30 days)


Together, they’re raising awareness for mental health and showing how physical activity can be a powerful tool for emotional well-being.


This initiative aligns with everything we believe in at Pond Performance—that movement builds strength inside and out.
